We deliver nationwide across Pakistan. Orders are processed within 1–3 working days and delivered within 3–4 working days after dispatch. Payment is Cash on Delivery — pay when your box arrives. Shipping is a flat Rs. 250 nationwide — and free on all orders over Rs. 4,999.

Exchanges & Returns

If something arrives damaged or isn’t right, message us on WhatsApp (0329 3964669) within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with an exchange or replacement. For hygiene reasons, opened personal-care items can’t be returned — but if we made a mistake, we own it.
